All new activities are hidden by default just like in Typo3.

Only items explicitly marked published (very first item in the form) will be passed on to the webpage(s).

In the overview, elements marked with are private!
Do remember to publish them when ready.

A saved item will have an assciated (time limited) preview-URL.
- Those who know the preview-URL can preview the item, independently of published status and
without having to be logged in.

Time limited (+1 week from the last save). Again inspired from Typo3.

After login, the overview page lists all upcoming activities known to the system in the right hand
column (to avoid two people announcing the same event twice).

If you have access to edit an activity the list adds an interface to do so.

Private items are listed in the upcoming list if you are the owner or is admin.

Larger text inputs are always Markdown (*). It also makes pasting LaTeX code into the
description work out of the box.

If you need to announce several similar activities. Contact webmaster,
who can probably announce them all at once, given the right data.

This interface is NOT designed to support
small screens and is best used in full screen on desktop PCs.
(*) To avoid the need to clean up HTML/CSS mess from copying from emails etc. Plus it is much faster and
more reliable than HTML editors.
